DESIGN

Following the initial consultancy, the design phase begins and is managed by our in-house technical department. We use advanced 3D modelling and rendering software, allowing clients to preview the final project and evaluate every aesthetic and functional detail in advance.

MEASUREMENT SURVEY

Accurate measurement is a crucial step in ensuring the success of the project. Diemme Group carries out a free on-site inspection, during which all elements of the space are carefully analysed, including existing structures and any technical constraints. This phase allows us to verify the actual compatibility between the project and the environment, preventing issues and ensuring that each staircase fits perfectly into the designated space.

PRODUCTION

Staircase production takes place entirely at Diemme Group’s facilities, using carefully selected high-quality materials such as solid wood, stainless steel, sheet metal, glass, and special finishes. Components are processed using advanced techniques, including squaring, laser cutting, and custom machining, to achieve the exact form defined in the design. Each piece is thoroughly inspected and subjected to quality testing to ensure strength, safety, and long-term durability.

INSTALLATION

Once production is complete, the project moves to the installation and fitting phase, carried out by a dedicated installation team that meticulously follows the design specifications, ensuring that every component is correctly positioned, stable, and safe. Installation also includes on-site adjustments where necessary, finishing checks, and final testing, to guarantee a harmonious and fully functional result.

AFTER-SALE-SERVICE

The relationship with the client continues even after installation, through a service that includes both routine and extraordinary consultancy and maintenance. After-sales assistance provides practical advice to preserve material quality and prompt interventions when required, such as the replacement of damaged components or structural adjustments.
